Bieber can sing, I'm sorry that you can't accept that but for a 16 year old boy, he has an ok voice.. he can also play instruments.. so he has some sort of talent.. does that mean I like him? No, but I do realize he has some sort of voice.. and some sort of talent.. which is better than half the other pop singers out there.


You just show how little you know about singing, musicianship and music in general.

However, Lady GaGa does have talent, i'll give you that.

really? How little I know about music? First of all anybody can sing.. Bieber has been singing since he was 5 years old on youtube, and he developed his little fanbase from there.. Usher saw him and decided to make him his boy toy.  The kid has a voice, and he can play the guitar pretty well.. It's said he is being used as a girl magnet, and being thrown these pathetic songs by his label, but hey that's how the pop industry works.

 

As for the "you know nothing about music" I'm a zepplin fan, a floyd fan, and enjoy any type of music as long as it sounds good, I do not enjoy bieber's music or "SOLDJA BOIII" I enjoy lady gaga since I felt something different with her than any other pop artists, and it's her devotion to art, and her theatrics, thats it. You shouldn't judge an artist just because half of the male population hates them so you have to jump on board with them and go "I dislike X person because they suck, let me show you some rock/metal artists for some real talent".

"It's an opinion" Ok, I understand it's an opinion, but my friend talent is talent.. nobody can say Miyamoto cant make  games, just because you hate or dislike his game creations.. it's there for you to see that he can make a game... the same goes with music.. they can make music, sure it maay SUCK in your opinion, but you can't say they don't have talent which is never really subjective..

please, all the talented musicians are long gone. It is about making money and merchandise now. All the musicians who have no visual appeal or arn't marketable don't get noticed.

 

hence why I stopped listening to music  10 years ago.

He has a talent... for milking kiddy girls with bad music.

Neither singing nor playing an instrument are a talent. They can be but then it's another level entirely. Neither is actually writing generic music (though admitedly if you'd doing it without theoretical knowledge, it takes having an affinity for it). As for writing the lyrics to it... um, his are awful.

It's how the pop industry works indeed, and it doesn't work based on musical talent.
