This video is for the weak. The ones who are talked to in this video. The ones that don't fight a generalization. I don't respect the audience this video is for, and therefore, I don't respect the video either. Good massage or not.

Something can be cheesy and cliched and still have a good massage. Look at some love songs, for example. But that something cannot address an audience that doesn't have the wit to realize that they're living a fucked up life - the massage is absolutely worthless because of its worthless audience.

Change comes from self-realization deep within. Not pointless and useless videos.

Example:

The Texting while Driving PSA, is that for the weak who can't learn to fight texting while driving?

Wear a seatbelt: For the weak who can't muster the ability to pull a strap over themselves?

Don't speed: For the weak since they can't alleviate their foot from the pedal for 3 seconds.

If you are complaining about the video for expressing to these audiences that these generalizations are not true, then you have to complain about everything else.

Or are you just insulted because you think the video mocks you?

The difference is...

This video talks about a whole lifestyle, formed over years.

The others are just addressing nothing but common sense.

And yeah, this video is insulting, putting me in the same box with the pathetic people talked about in it.

There is no difference.

The video "mocks" your strength and tells you how to hope.

But in actuality the video is saying that the generalizations shouldn't go to your head.

Yes, there is. One's hard or impossible to change, the others' is simple common sense, as simple as doing something you do every day in a different way.

These people don't let the generalizations to go their head, I don't see where you pulled that from. They're just wrong in their way of thinking, and their hope and change will not come from some video telling them that they are wrong, but of daily personal events. One day, they will wake up to see that they need change. And it will not come from someone telling you that you need it, it will come suddenly, striking you unexpectedly as the culmination of a long process deep inside. That's true change, true realization, true hope for the future.

PSA's are nothing compared to this. Small gears within a huge mechanism... replaceable as easy as 1,2,3.

This is bigger, and that is what you refuse to see.
