someone told me that Oblivion was going to be the last one.

I read the same thing they were talking about another game Bethesda game studio's was working on some multi player thing that I thought sounded boring.

Lets hope not!

I disliked Oblivion. I hope its more like Morrowind.

I'll get it either way, I like to play elder scrolls for a while regardless.

Aslong as they change the bloody levelling system and remove the enemy level scaling so theres a feeling of accomplishment when you level up.

Oh, I really hope so ...... though yes, no no no to an  MMO (lol that was unintentional rhyming) . 

I get the distinct feeling they need to have 2 game modes in the next game:

Normal (like Oblivion)

Hardcore (like Morrowind, with some stuff from Obscuros Oblivion Overhaul mod)

preferably with the option to change at any point. At least that way it'd keep everyone happy!

No, it won't be Elder Scrolls V. I so hope, but no, that won't be it.

Most likely it will be Elder Scrolls Online, because that's already been in development for over 3 years and should by now be ready to be shown, while TES V has only been in full developmen for a lil over 1.5 years and an Elder Scrolls takes 4 years to develop.

So I really believe Elder Scrolls Online will be revealed at E3. You read it here first.
