So does anyone know what this feature shows? Most importantly what decides it, it says its decided on the VGC Community's interest levels so is it the most wanted list that we'r voting in that decides this?

It´s not the most wanted list since the buzz index is weekly and the most wanted is monthly. In addition the most wanted still exists     http://gamrfeed.vgchartz.com/story/80075/vgchartz-most-wanted-may-edition/.

I also would like to know what the buzz index is all about.

I would imagine it is determined by the numbers of reads/clicks and comments it gets.  Higher the numbers the bigger the buzz 

I don't know, but it is cool since GT5 is ahead of Halo: Reach.

List is not accurate because Metroid: Other M isn't #1 like it should be.

I didn't know people cared about Tournament of Legends XD

So you get to know how many click each games page gets, thats pretty cool actually.
