Forums - General - So who's watching the final episode of LOST?

Do you believe that Richard is dead? I really don't think so, not after an amazing episode telling his story, I think he has something important to do in the show before he could die...

Here's a sneak peek at the last episode:

Oh and a mini spoiler: an IGN article says a paw is seen near the well in the continuation of that scene, could be Vincent the one who helped Desmond get out of the well?

I would be surprised if Richard is dead.  It could be a cool comeback but they aren't introducing any more mysteries (well, except for that lighthouse), they're only answering questions.

Richard had a cool episode because they needed to explain who he was.

I want to know why Claire has abandoned her new baby.

Nov 2016 - NES outsells PS1 (JP)

Don't Play Stationary 4 ever. Switch!

I will certainly be watching, I can't wait for it, but because of my exam on Monday, but I will have to wait for it (it will be 5AM UK time)

I do agree that some things are better left unsaid, like how Jacob can control the world, though I am a little disappointed about how silly it is getting with the heart of the island. The main thing I want to know is the NUMBERS!

But seriously. What was the deal with Walt?

I'm going to say screw spoiler tags because they're annoying and if you're in this thread, you should know these questions or not care.

I know Dharma stayed in the island in the form of Ben's group, I'm just wondering who upkeeps the automated drops?  Where did it come from?  I have to assume it came from off the island but where off the island?  How did they get it there?

And yeah, they just kind of forgot about Walt.  I remember thinking in season 2 or 3 that the ending was going to be some sort of standoff between Walt and Aaron...and then they just kind of wrote Walt out.

Also, I'm thinking Ben will become the new smoke monster while attempting to kill Locke (I assume it will be like a Lord of the Rings The One ring thing-- the smoke monster can only be unmade where it was made).  Then, instead of the smoke wanting to leave, he'll want to stay but keep everyone else off.

I'm pretty sure Ben was the only one left alive from Dharma to join the others. I think the food drop thing wasn't meant to be part of a mystery. Dharma's gone, but their automated system still works in whatever way it was designed to. A better Dharma question would be why they'd designed a station that could somehow gas the whole Island. That episode always seemed a little odd to me.

And if we're wondering about Walt, we should also ask why Hurley and Miles have super powers too.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

The thing about the Dharma food drop was there was perishable stuff in there.  Dharma had been gone for decades but there were things in there that had a shelf life of years, not decades.  And even if it was completely automated, why would you stock something for 30 years in advance?  Were they just totally expecting to be totally wiped out?  It makes sense that they would supply it for maybe at most five years, but 20+?

And yeah, the gas thing was pretty silly.

Hmm... Started the series a month ago and currently stuck at ep.15 of season 2.

I honestly don't know if i'll be finishing this series because some actors suck imo, and some of the decisions the characters make are completely out of character...

Ow... and thanks for all the spoilers!

I swear this sow will end by revealing they were on a crappy reality show the entire time
