He just has to use Fallen Angel once to put Vivi into a semi-comatose state right from the start. And Forsaken takes care of the rest, you can keep the puny reflect

Maybe if Vivi tranced and casted two Reflected Flares for 9999 each, then with Auto-haste and a little luck, Kefka can be taken down in four rounds.

Auto-Haste+Auto-Regen makes all damage negligible.

Dude. 

Listen to what you're saying and then ponder this.

Fallen Angel brings Vivi's HP to 1 right from the start, before Vivi can even draw breath. Forsaken deals 2000-3000 damage, and it's not reflectable. And i'm not even pondering that Kefka uses Havoc Wing, which is an insanely fast attack that does 1500-2000 damage, physical, and he can do that twice in a row.

That Auto-Regen better heal Vivi like he was on meth
