First off, Auto-Reflect.

Kefka can't do anything.

Half of Kefka's attacks - all of them, in his final battle - ignore Reflect.

Also, he has the strongest physical attack in the game in the form of Chaos Wing.

Hmmm....

Kefka would be immune to blind, silence and the like...

Ooof, Vivi solo against final Kefka? I don't think I can do that one.
