Half of Kefka's attacks - all of them, in his final battle - ignore Reflect.

If you include the entirety of the final battle, which is technically Kefka, it's more like 350k

Maybe if Vivi tranced and casted two Reflected Flares for 9999 each, then with Auto-haste and a little luck, Kefka can be taken down in four rounds.

Please tell me how Vivi will survive Fallen Angel followed by Forsaken if he goes all out attack berserk?

Auto-Haste+Auto-Regen makes all damage negligible.
