Sorry i dont look at handhelds much so i can't be certain, hope this helps.

the Euro just dipped from 1.6$ to 1.2$ in the past 6 months...so it got a 25% discount in terms of $$

now imagine these prices last september!

(hence why I buy from the UK...)

PS3 120G = $499 (Ususally bundled with 1-2 Games. Varies between Stores)
PS3 250G = $599 (Same as above. These days you get a bloody good bundle from EB Games for ACI, Midnight CLub and GOW III + 250G PS3 for $599)
X360 Acarde = $270 ish I think
X360 120G = $450 (Ususally bundled with 3-5 Games. Varies between stores)
X360 Elite Bundles = $599 (Meaning Bundles with Splinter Cell: Conviction, Mass Effect 2, etc with Two Controllers, Headset and 250G. Once again a good deal)
Wii Black and White = $299 (Bundled with Wii Sports as well as 1-2 other games)

PS3 and X360 Games Full Price ranges from $99-$119
PC and Wii Games Full Price Range from $89-$99
PSP and DS Games Full Price Range from $49-$59

PS3 Controller = $94

Wii: $500
Wii game: ~100$ (could be a little less, but even games you can find in usa for 10 bucks are expensive here)

Well regarding Danybrown's post, Germany and France have the same prices (although I initially thought the games in France would be a bit more expensive)

But the real let down is that you NEVER see any new game cheaper than the RPP here in Germany, whereas in England you will ALWAYS find new games selling far below the RPP.

Nope. That reminds me how I've seen a copy of LittleBigPlanet at launch for 72,50€ (Highest price for a normal game I've ever seen. A few other PS3 games shared the same price). Still had the same price tag ~6 months after launch.

In the UK the price was permanently reduced to £25 one week after launch AFAIR.

all american dollars, and including taxes.

An illegal copy of a game (that you can find easilly for Wii and 360) costs around 2 dollars.
