I started replaying Galaxy 1 to ease the pain, I'm @ 25 stars now.

Heh, I guess not. Of course I haven't played the game yet, but from what I've seen, the levels look much richer, varied, and detailed than in Galaxy 1. Plus, it just looks too damn fun. I can't wait.

You should do what I'm doing... Hiring out a really crap game from the video store, and playing it till super mario galaxy 2 comes out. So that when you do finally play it, it'll seem 10X better XD . (master plan mwahaha)

Besides, I'm betting Galaxy 2 will seem like a vast improvement over the original, anyway.

And yes, the pretty grass.... I notice that nobody is talking about it. Almost seems like the government is trying to control the situation...

I agree, there could be some government-coverup activities at play here... They must be working together with the fashion industry to keep the pretty grass for themselves! All these fat government officials rolling around in heaps of the poor pretty grass with all these skinny fashion models and their cute accessories. Gah! The horror!

They must be stopped, this conspiracy must be put to an end, immediately! Authorize thorough investigation of Area 51, straight away! I want answers!

Nintendo Power gives a 9.5 to Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Apparently, Nintendo Power is VERY hesitant to give 10's. They gave Zelda Spirit Tracks 9.5, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story got 9.5, Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver got 9.5, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii got a flat 9. The only recent games that Nintendo Power has given a 10 to is Metroid Prime Corruption and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
