I don't remember my pre-VGC life, or even if I had one.

short term memory?

you joined last august lol

I was a lurker for about a year before making my account.

shitt lol. i thought i was a lurker for a long time.

i just realized that the first news article i read when i first visited this site was when they announced the GOW collection... so that about 5-6 months of lurking like a ghost

Top secret.

I used to spend ages looking for ps3 sales via google news, then one day i actually heard from somewhere that this sight existed, then i saw the light!

"They will know heghan belongs to the helghast"

"England expects that everyman will do his duty"

"we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender"

I was debating which would sell more the PS3 or the 360 and i searched "console sales numbers" and VGChartz appeared.

Shortly after i joined up to stop the spread of FUD on this site.

I don't remember. I think it was through Google. Back in 2007 I was looking for console sales figures and ended up here.

Bah, almost forgot how'd I discovered it that I had to dig through my old posts just to see how I first came here. Well, I was reading another game forum and heard that the wii had just passed the 360's worldwide sales; searched Google and came here.

I was looking for first week sales on The Conduit because I thought that it would sell loads >_>

Think a Gamespot article.

I was just wondering how many copies one of the Pokemon games sold and this came up.

Basic search on game sales. I lurked for a year joined, quit, lurked and joined again. A fan site just doesn't have the same draw with nothing to argue about. The numbers are why I'm here and will always be interesting. The league, news and reviews are just the icing.
