People don't seem to understand that whatever the list would have been, people would complain. It's normal. Whether it's IGN or not doesn't change anything.

You have to see it as their opinion and not a fact.

I suspect Sephiroth would be rated more highly by many gamers. Wasn't Ganon or a version thereof in five Zelda's? Ares or Zeus anyone? As Noobius Maximus I can't really comment on all time but my list would include Murai from NGB, Saren from ME1, Malak from Kotor, Darth Vader or Sidious from various games etc. etc. Glados was as much comic relief as villain imo.
