And gameplay.

And characters.

And artstyle.

And gameplay (again, because it sucked so damn much).

That game has the best music. That's all.

FF9's ending was cliched & "typical" but with good music.

FF9 wasn't the best at anything out of all the FF's imho. (you might say soundtrack, well I say FF6) It was a classic game though.

I thought ten was the best ending too. Probably my favorite ending in videogames.

FF8 was close for me though, as well as MGS3 though, but it was a more of a wtf, these pretty halleucinating things happening yay in FF8

I don't know how you can fault gameplay.

Considering that it's similar to FF4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Unless you say they all suck?

FF8 had an excellent ending

But surprisingly my other fav FF ending is FF12's, it was very stasifying & very well done, very very well done.

FF7 had the worst ending imo.

Similar? The only thing similar there is the ATB.

VIII had a fantastic skill system, as did VII.

IV was pretty tactical and tough. VI had so much damn characters and skills that the possibilities were just huge.

Ah, and none of them made you wait more than a minute 'till you character finally decides to ACT.

FF8's gameplay was so goooood yet so flawed at the same time.

FF13 & FF10 had the best gameplay in the series..both polar opposites, but both ways were done excellently!

That's only because the animations of each attack were longer than any other FF.

Also, the ability system is glorious.

The music is the best.

The story is bleh.

I dunno, I love this game a lot.

It can only be considered flawed because it's so damn flexible and exploitable... and it's the best in the series... that or VII.

FF9 for me, was... well for lack of a better way to describe it. the cutest final fantasy ever. and probably the cutest game ever. ZOMG i used the word cute XD  I loved it but I can't really decide how much I like it or don't like it, It's a game for me atleast I just don't know how much I like it. It makes no sense

Eh, yeah... I didn't like sevens ending, crisis cores ending is much better, even though you knew what was going to happen (which is why, it's not quite as good, as like say you never played FF7, then you'd be like wtf) atleast I think.

I enjoyed 12's ending, and basically every single one I've played, I think, besides 7, actually XD. Mainly cause the romance is never resolved, even in the movie or dirge D: WTF
