Exactamundo. Don't be so tough on yourself, as I definitely know what you're going through (well, even moreso... but that's another story). Life seems rough, especially now... but the worst thing you can do right now is be by yourself allowing your thoughts to consume you. Go out, be with your friends, look at the clouds, take a walk in the park (I find nature to be a great place where we can get our heads on straight), listen to some good natured music (take it from me, I know you want to listen to some emotional/sad/depressing music right now, because you're in that kind of mood, but it just makes the cycle go on further than it needs to).

This isn't the end of the world, far from it my friend. Surround yourself with those close to you... and hopefully they can support you through this. Or you could get a hug from me and I Like Bacon. That works too.

Spend this summer really trying to dig down and get to know yourself. Likes, dislikes, passions, ect. And then go in strong for the fall semester with a brand new sense of being. You can do it!
