Eternal Sonata
Honestly, I do not know why more people do not like this game. The story was complex and really had a engaging story line. The characters really interacted well with one another and the fact they all had different styles really blew me away. The battle system was also top notch and the whole music theme really made it shine.
Chrono Trigger DS - best RPG made so far
The World Ends With You - Really engaging, great art, great story, great cast, and of course awesome replay value and music.
VC was also good but still I think FE does SRPGs the best and RoF will eventually make the list if i ever get a chance to finish it.
Side note: ToV would have made my list but my 360 broke and i could never finish the game because I bought a PS3 instead.
