I guess the part were it says "in stock" doesn't seem to mean anything.

I'm not sure if it was out of stock earlier today, but the rankings are usually pretty slow to update.  Almost every time a game gets its price slashed you'll see it at the top of the charts after the price has gone back up (assuming it was a temporary drop).

it wasn't in stock earlier, it was $369.95 or w.e the price is at the 3rd party retailer.. it will probably be back in the top 10 by the end of the day before dropping off again.

unfortunately it is, poor baby seals.

It was out of stock yesterday. It'll go back up, non issue here.
