That's not a bad list.. some real good series' on there. I'm just glad Halo is over Call Of Duty.

13k people if done right enough to make a survey that is very accurate of the general population. The reason halo won and the more popular mario didn't is because people only get 1 vote and vote gets split between games. A lot of people like mario, but to many its not their favorite series so they voted for something else. I'm sure if the survey only asked which game they like better between halo and mario, mario would have won. I'm still suprised metroid isn't even on the list though,

it is stuffed up cause it is by most popular as halo and cod are popular they do good by Gran trusimo and gow are lower down then what they should be

Id say something about the voters of this list but its really wrong to pick on the mentally handy capped.

This list is more the reflection of what is the general view of gaming today, rather than an factual one.

Terrible, terrible list that discredits some actual realities about gaming.

Mario and Pokemon should be the top ones.
Kingdom Hearts a bigger franchise Final Fantasy? Heck, even Dragon Quest is bigger than Kingdom Hearts.
Gran Turismo and Mario Kart almost at the bottom? That's pretty laughable.
Counter-Strike isn't even a franchise, it's just a mod based on Half-Life for christ sake.
Killzone is there, but Uncharted, Sony's biggest franchise after Gran Turismo these days, isn't?

Anyway, like I said, terrible list.

Considering the heaps of people that play Mario-games.... it doesn't deserve that title, not even by a long shot.

Halo 3 is just over ten million (insane number), but New Super Mario Bros Wii is at 17+ already (not even out a year)...
