Yes, but only if they teamed up with google. Nintendo would handle the the hardware and games and google would make android run everything. If Nintendo goes at it alone then the will fail.

I don't think they should bother with the phone since that market is already pretty saturated, but if they wanted to get in that market and strike a blow against Apple and Microsoft, they should come up with a licensing agreement with google.

Lol nah, it's a terrible idea. What if you're playing a 3DS Zelda game, you're up to a plot twist or a boss fight and then somebody rings you (probably telemarketers, they always ring at the worst possible time).
