Not only is inFamous one of the best PlayStation 3 games released in all of 2009, it was also one of the best ‘ comic book super hero’ inspired games ever released. Sucker Punch ended the game with one hell of a cliffhanger ending that had many a gamer, including myself, picking their jaw up off the floor. While I won’t spoil the ending for you here, the future for the inFamous series is ’shockingly’ bright and I have some fantastic news for all of us inFamous fans.

Sony Computer Entertainment or SCEA for short, has gone and registered INFAMOUS2THEGAME.COM!!! Here’s a more detailed account of the process.

Although I was criticized on this site once for saying it, inFAMOUS is my 3rd favorite game of ALL time (MGS4>U2>inFAMOUS>Resident Evil 4). Had only one major issue: no extra gameplay modes-->an extra mode or several extra modes, including multiplayer, could be so easily done with inFAMOUS, and would be a blast! So I hope they do this in inFAMOUS 2. inFAMOUS 1 can't be totally criticized for this though; like you said, I put 40 hours into this game, and that is more than I can say for 16 out of my 17 games. I don't regret the 60$ I spent on it and would do it again.

On a different note, I wish inFAMOUS got the sales it deserves. It kills me to see how poorly it has sold. Everyone I know that played this game loved it. I think it just came out at the wrong time. Pretty sure that if it would have come out sometime after the price cut it would've sold much better. Anyways, like you said, if anyone hasn't gotten this game yet then GET IT! 30$ is truly a steal for this game.
