Seriously? The game was originally a PC game! I remember really looking forward to it coming out and playing the PC version. I remember being surprised when I found out that there was a console version of the game awhile later, hahaha. 

Before the game was released, a scene created using the MaxFX engine (that was created for the Max Payne games) was used in one of the main PC Benchmark programs (3dmark 2001) depicting a Matrix style lobby scene that looked awesome! (at the time)

The worst thing about Max Paynes graphics on the PC now is the fact it's not widescreen.

Heh, I remember when we had user ratings for the games here on VGChartz. Although it wasn't as bad as people giving games 1.9's, there were definitely examples of games that were voted harshly mostly because they were prominent console exclusives. Fan does come from the word Fanatic after all...

Glad VGChartz decided to put that feature away (as user reviews actually require effort... and that is usually enough to hinder a troll's progress. )

That said, I hope Alan Wake does well, it looks like a fun game.

Well to the thing with Max Payne/console war and stuff...
I dont care if this game is on PS3/360 what ever.
I have everything available because i have a job but I wont buy this game because it was meant to be a PC game.
I dont see the reason why i have to play a Low Res Version(face it - PC Version would look better),especially because there was already one planned.
Im just waiting 6-12 months and after this i will see how it looks...If there isn't still a PC Version I will rent this stuff

And people who dont know about the PC Version(the 1st version from this game Oo) from Max Payne are just fail,especially when they think it was on console 1st.

I remember those days, too.  The highest rated Xbox 360 game was "Bee Movie" for quite some time!

you can ask a large number of people on here and they will know that i have had 2 xbox 360's

first 1 RROD... shocking

then had the 2nd for 11 months but there where no games that i wanted so sold it for a new surf board.

and im not 'trolling' you can look at what Selnor opened the thread with to see he was trolling. trying to ster rubbish up knowing full well it was like evryother game on every platform getting trolled by losers who use metacritic.
