2.  It is still an improvement on what the PS3 has been doing, and with more games (much has been said about PS3/360 08 line ups, and I think the PS3 wins), and further price drops, more will sell. 

3. When ioi hinted the black friday sales, he said that DS and PS3 had the biggest boosts 

1. New sku just hit for US and japan, still in effect, and the boost is most likley from holidays, we wont know if these sales are here to stay until holidays are done.

2. Further price drops, how long is sony willing to bleed. The ps3 cut their profits in half, share holders are NOT happy about this. MS right now has the decision on price cuts, unless sony wants to bleed even deeper.

3. And Ioi numbers differ from media create numbers, and online sites show 360 and wii taking the biggest lead. There are multiple sources stating otherwise

 



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

Keep in mind for the PS3, it's selling the worst in America so it's much easier for it to have a statistically higher boost, while still being way below the other 2 competing systems. The DS is simply a monster though.


 true, but if it is improving over its rivals, that is a good thing, and the original statement was that the Wii and 360 would have the biggest boosts

while i agree xbox has become more popular, i dont think its right to say they have "expanded" their userbase. so far 360 has sold what, 14.5 million? the original xbox sold about 24 million. until the 360 surpasses 24 million by a significant margin, its hard to say if the 360 has captured alot more gamers. thats the way i see it anyway.

 Unless some sort of meteorite hits the planet earth or something we can safely assume X360 will sell over 24M.

I could say that a good percentage of ps3 owners only use it to collect dust and watch movies, resulting in a broken console. Seriously are you trying to cause shit?
