Forums - Website Topics - Is it okay to add games my family has, if they don't have accounts here?

Myu brother has a bunch of 360 games, and he doesn't have an account. So is it okay if I add them to my profile, since we both play those games?

Although admittedly I'm tired of the owner list below my avatar making it look like I'm Nintendo only, when I have pleny of PS1 and PS2 games. I've nealy judged other posters by their owner lists.

But fixing the owner list is for another thread. Is it okay if I list my brother's 360 games?

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

I think it's up to you, I don't see why it should be against the rules at the least.

I do not do it that way (my roomie has a Wii + 360, which is why I do not) but I do not see the problem with it.

Nope you are not allowed. Each game you add has to be accompanied by a reciept. It's part of the VGC system.

No, it's a bannable offense.

Okay, I think I'd like an actual mod to answer this, just in case.

Well, there's no penalty for adding games you don't own. It just defeats the purpose of the system.

Well wouldn't "games you or your family own" still fit in there?

I'd say they would as long as you're living with that family.
