For those of you that have looked at different control set ups for the best way to play Super Smash Bros Brawl, I can say without a doubt that the new Classic Controller Pro is the way to go.
I know a lot of people still swear by the Gamecube controller but one thing many people haven't capitalized on is the fact that GC controllers make doding a fraction of a second off, yes that isn't going to matter to many, but its noticeable when playing skilled players that play with the Wii remote and Nunchuck and they don't have the lag. Reason for this is the button doesn't register the analog press only when you press it all the way down does it finally register, and if you're familar with the GC controller the shoulder buttons take a second to press all the way down, long enough to create a lag in the dodge.
Classic Controller was my set up since it offered the advantages of both the GC controller and Wii remote, only issues being grip, the Z buttons, and the sticks being close together, those being big enough for some to swear off the controller, but now the Pro fixes this, removes the analog shoulder buttons from the controller (they didn't have the issues like the GC controller since they weren't as big, but still it helps) and they moved the Z buttons to the back so you can take advantage of that as well. So what you have is all the advantages of a GC controller with the quick response of the Wii remote and classic controller, and some real grip and comfort.
