It will be smaller.

It will be hardware-prepared for rendering 3D output.

It will be able to stream games. (when OnLive turns out to work, this will become a must)

It will do IR pointing, or something similar. (tracking is simply too slow and imprecise for quick menu navigation)

It will have a built-in wireless broadband modem.

OT: Given the downward spiral of ps3's feature set, who cares what the ps4 starts with, show me what it has 4 years after its been out
