you have to also look at the fact the retailers have started their holiday sales Nov 1st so there were even deals at Walmart on Thanksgiving (yes they were open on thanksgiving)

 I won't be shocked if I have lowballed it a bit, but I am damn near positive you and several others are way above the actual numbers.  Sorry but not many people are going shopping on thanksgiving...certainly not enough to expect the increase for the week of black friday is going to be up like 900% year over year.

I'll go with SSJ on this one: I'll bet the Wii clearly had the most, with PS3 and 360 close to each other and PS3 slightly outselling the 360. 

No actual figures, that's just my general guess.

^^This is all I am saying, if people are right and there is a huge increase in sales this year that has never happened before then I would gladly eat my crow, but I just don't see it with prior sales data contradicting it thoroughly.

Agreed, I would also prefer those folks just edit their posts rather than creating a new kludge of clarification posts which then have to be matched back to the original post..etc...
