The Wii isn't for hadcore gamers is just plain BS! This list is just as compelling as any Ps3 or 360 game for a true hardcore gamer. These games deserve the genuine respect and gameplay form any Wii gamer. Of course there is no accounting for taste but these games have a certain appeal to me so check them out.

You failed to mention No More Heroes and you accidently listed Sonic Unleashed.

I have -- or plan to get -- all the retail titles on that list with which I am familar.

I do not plan to get Megaman 10 as I don't really like impossible for unskilled players like me platform games.

I am not familiar with Super Robot, however. So I would appreciate any info.

PS -- I concur with the thesis of the OP -- there are unique "hardcore" gaming experiences to be found on the Wii that get ignored by the "hardcore."

Havent play RS 1& 2 yet, sorry. But I heard they were great!

sorry about that actaully it was Super Robot Wars Neo. A Japanese import game featuring many anime robots.
