I'd love to know the first days sales compared to the rest to see if the bad press/word of mouth drew the numbers down.
don't mean to be pessimistic but it wasn't received the same way previous COD map packs have been.

I can see why it was exclusive. If you take away 20-33% console owner fee and give it front billing on Xbox Live it can easily net the same or more revenue as a multiplatform release with half the effort.
