I'll join. I have a launch 60gig but i put a 300gig hd in it. i have mostly PS3 games i like it much better than my 360 which i hardly ever play.

Sign me up. My 80GB MGS4 console is still treating me wonderfully. Still the best $500 purchase I have ever made.

Why follow Seece? This is pointless. This site doesn't need an official PS3 Squad....it already has like 60% of the users. I refuse to join either side because in the end the only thing that matters are the games.

I used to have a Wii and 360. I sold the Wii cause it didn't have the type of games to satisfy me. I sold the 360 cause of the hardware problems and XBL fees. Next gen I know I will be buying the PS4 1st. If PS4 come out last I will wait. If it's higher in price I'm still going to buy it cause I learned that buying the cheaper console won't save you money and make you happier. I know I will not be buying the next Microsoft or Nintendo console. They will have to do something really big to interest me. PS3 all the way for me til PS4 comes out.

What up CGI. Let me get a spot. Copped my 60GB in Feb 07. I now own all 3 current gen systems, but I had the PS3 first and own the most games for it BY FAR. Oh yeah, I bought Heavy Rain first day off of Amazon. :)

As for my feelings, it just has the most games I like. When I was deciding which to cop back then, the most anticipated 360 game was Halo 3 (and I never played a Halo game, so....)

I knew MGS4, GT5, FFXIII, and God Of War 3 would all come to the PS3, so I was good with the wait. I probably own most of the worthwhile games for the system (including PSN.)

If I can pick my number, 27 is cool. Its my current age.

1. ive owned three different ps3s (hand to sell the last two due to financial issues but still have my 40gig fat upgraded to 80gig..dont ask why just 80gig :P) since 2007
2. i used to track the ps3s weekly sales by region and updated it weekly and whenever there was adjustments (look it up, its pretty old. had to stop coz the adjustemnts were geting out of hand)
3. bluray, wifi, hdd, media center..what cant it do?

as a comparison, ive owned 3 xbox360s and imo, the x360 feels like cheap piece o plastic while the ps3 was like OMG!
