I think the "update" on that page was just an uninformed guess... i mean the "get it right" comment is pretty unprofessional.

By the way... I really hate blogs that talk about a story but don't link back to the source article.

So if that's right then the PS3 sales for all of America should be roughly 15.4 million...very interesting

Could VG Chartz really be off by 2 million??

mhm sony made a HOME logo similar to that of FACEBOOK and TWITTER, and they positioned it with the FB and Twitter logos.. I wonder if they are going to try and advertise home with the media in the future..

no, just like it wasn't overtracked by a couple million when people overreacted from what some Sony exec said it isn't undertracked by a couple million.  That kind of huge change is likely to never happen because we get regular updates on shipping numbers each year and a huge difference like that would show up in the shipment numbers.

To be fair.  Isn't there actually a fairly large difference in the shipping numbers for Sony that Ioi attributes to some weird way they count shipped still?

I remember that being his offical answer in the thread where he had to threaten to ban people because the number of threads on this were getting out of hand.

All that matters is that we match up well with the other trackers.
