| Tommie said: Its funny how people actually believe these made up stories by Sony of these so called 'shortages'. Thats just one big bag of bullsh*t because this is just a cheesy way for Sony to say, hey: we can't sell more consoles in the US than Xbox 360, so we'll blame it on shortages. Come on people, we all know 360 will sell more in the US than PS3, it has nothing to do with shortages. And even if there were, 360 would still be far ahead. Not trying to bash PS3 here, have one myself, but come on. The shortages crap is just ridiculous. |
actually there are shortages in the US people say it all the time here and elsewhere. Also they underestimated the demand just look at the predictions they made a year ago they said 13 Million sold until 31.3 but this is shipped and now we have sold to customer 13 Million. A companies predictions is not just words. People rely on that the stock relies on that. PS3 has significant shortages they already outsold the 360 in the US for some weeks last year it wouldnt be special, no reason for Sony to lie about that, fool shareholders and the press and artificially shorten the supply for PS3s just in USA.
Look around you, google it ask people here, there are significant shortages in the USA in some areas. All informations we got until know confirm that.
I doubt there are much more people that think Sony is lying just to make it seem its the shortage fault. They couldnt outsell the 360 most of the generation why would they be ashamed right now ?
Look at European boost from GOW and look at the nonexistant US boost despite GOW beeing way bigger in US then in EU or just open a poll with the topic: "Is Sony lying about shortages just to hide they were not able to outsell the 360 ?" And you will see the results.
to OP:
I think PS3 will be behind the 360 by 7 Million if Move is a success and by 9 Million if everything stays the same
