I've downed Ian for resources in 6 minutes... you should look for more opportunities to sink a hit in.

Routsounmanman, that Ian run we did was very fun, the guy I was with is 1 of my usual partners, I strongly urge you to get a good partner in the game at least 2 others that can solo if they need to.

Your Lance game is very good by the way, you handled Ian like a pro. I know another Lancer 'Regal' she uses Angakator gear and makes Angakator look like a Jaggi.

I'm quite good with the lance, especially now that I forged my new Lagia Lance

I want to find a partner to play on a regular basis, it's kinda hard though. Even though I'm a freelancer web developer, I find myself either with too much time on my hands or too busy. Therefore, I can't really commit to MH3 yet :-/

Anyways, I'll try to lance Lagiacrus solo later on tonight, problem is I have a water and thunder element lance, both innefective against Lagia. Will prolly use my Paralyzing Lance. I might log in and hunt down one with other guys too.

Hm, I'm sure para is useful but since lancers focus on damage it would probably be better to use a Fire based lance or a Dragon if you can get your hands on one.

The problem with para on a lance is that SnS does it better, then again I hardly use lance so maybe somethings changed?

Any tips for a lancer? I'm pretty good with it, but I know I can still improve.

Not from me guy, I'm sure there are some details to it that I would over look.

1) Always put blocking above evading. Nevertheless, the sidestep can be very helpful in smaller wyverns that rush you (works just fine with Kurupeko and Ratian - hit three times, 2 sidesteps)

2) Avoid charging; it consumes weapon sharpness while doing sub par damage

3) Online, you're the person that focuses on hitting specific spots. Break Kurupeco's flintstones, wound Lagia's chest (all except cutting tails - that falls to the GS)

4) Learn the advace - 3 hit technique (it's displayed in the manual itself). Very useful on strong enemies like Barroth.

5) Try to seathe your weapon, get to the back of the wyvern, 3 hits - one backstep - 3 hits - sidestep - seathe.

6) Be careful when charging / side slashing. You can do some serious damage to your allies (get them stunned in the wyvern's face)

Unfortunately, a Fire Lance is made from Rathalos parts, which I have yet to slay... I'll try with paralyze :-/

You came into that game and I had no clue who was requesting a friendship, that Rathian didn't even lay a tail on me, I even took the time to run up to Vez and nail him with a Wyvren Fire also hit the Rathian on accident.

Very fun game, it's too bad you caught us as we were leaving that game, we were doing some money runs on Ludo and Rathian.

I liked that one Hammer guy, he did not have a clue what he was doing, I saw vez going for the head and went to load up Wyvrens Fire, then the Hammer guy hit him away.

I was sad =( I like shooting him when he goes for the head, that's where all my shots go, so when he does that it's like he's saying I'm not doing a good enough job.

2. You do not need to give your Region, you can do this by posting your time code, obviously a person from GMT's -3 to - 8 Will not be able to play with Someone from GMT +10 due to region locking. I say that you do not need to but if you want to then that's up to you.
