So from what I am seeing and hearing the "3DS" is gonna be a very powerful handheld

I would not be suprised if the price range is hovering around $200-$250 while still keeping the DSi/lyte around for $100-150

Just means more money for Nintendo because both will sell CRAZY well

You know, cuz the kiddies can continue playing with the DSi, while the grown ups now have a very powerful, more capable machine(3DS) to play with :)

 

Damn! Nintendo is just gonna be dominating for atleast another 10+ years.. I am talking dominating like they are right now.

Like, no one is even in thier sights. Like, no one can even see Nintendo right now. They are litterally in another galaxy.

Just waiting for that PS Vita to come out so I can play some full featured games on the go with that beautiful screen and control scheme...

when has nintendo not dominated the handhelds? They are pretty much what saved them in the ps1 and ps2 days.

If they keep selling DS anywhere near the pace they are now, they damn well better keep producing them, or they are losing out on huge profits. Remember, DS hasn't even had a price drop besides way back during the beginning of its life to get it going. There is a lot left in the tank. It would be a foolish business decision to stop producing DS during the life of 3DS unless it hits a massive decline in sales.

Possible $250, you say?....I don´t think so, this is Nintendo we´re talking about...$250 for a handheld system is way too much for them to charge consumers.
