We can't say that. We don't know what's happening to rectify the situation. You think they would want to hurt one of the biggest weeks the PS3 is going to have the entire gen?

I think they should've had this rectified by now. I know I can't speak for Sony, but come on! It's the release date for one of their biggest hitters in North America.
