who cares who copied who.. sony (IMO) is doing it right because we have hardcore games... AND they give me a choice to play them with or without the controller. Sony has my money on this controller.

Would you settle for "inspired by"?  Whether it's true or not Reggie is obviously playing on the perception that the Move is a blatant copy of the Wii-mote, which isn't a terribly hard sell as it's going to look that way to the vast majority of consumers.

I'll bet Sony PR tries to spin this to Wii-2, in reference to motion controls plus HD.

I don't think that's something Sony would say unless they're really stupid. They don't want to openly admit that this is an incremental improvement over what Nintendo did.

Can you use inverted commas when using the word 'hardcore' as it's a rather silly label? Other than that I have no idea what you mean.

It's one thing to be shown tech demos, it's another to be shown actual software. Sony's GDC wasn't impressive, and the impressions show that Sony has a lot of work to do before they release Move.

Ugh yeah GDC and Engadget are TECH DEMO places targeted at game developers and tech enthusists...games shown were incomplete pre alpha versions....so wait until E3 to judge the games pls

And again, Move has shown it can do so much already that the Wii can't do, if your gonna argue on the capabilities then your just biased or malinformed imo

As for being pointless :D I HAVE played the wii....it can use some augmented reality when your playing with yoru friends (in games that require a lto of movement) Just as I have seen
