i dont know if im getting this.. but i think it means like a game like mw2 you play against ppl that arent on your console. like i cant play online with many of my friends couse they own a 360, and not a ps3. like if they could kind of combine psn, and live you could play with ppl that arent on your console.

Controller does not dictate who is better.
