Fatal Frame IV Mask of the Lunar Eclipse

Buy the game off ebay and download the english patch.

I have read that this is the least scary in the series, but this my first entry into the franchise. The game creeps me out. Especially playing in the dark. I'll be onto Silent Hill SM next.

tbh the scariest Wii games are Gamecube games

Resident Evil 1 has good atmospheric scariness, as well as a few 'make you jump' moments
The metroid prime series is not scary exactly, but it has really good atmosphere that you might like
Play eternal darkness on your own at nighttime and dont use the magic that restores your sanity - scariest/freakiest game ever made
