tbh the scariest Wii games are Gamecube games
Resident Evil 1 has good atmospheric scariness, as well as a few 'make you jump' moments
The metroid prime series is not scary exactly, but it has really good atmosphere that you might like
Play eternal darkness on your own at nighttime and dont use the magic that restores your sanity - scariest/freakiest game ever made
