Eh? I thought everybody remembers who "won" the 1988 100m sprint, Ben Johnson. Probably because he was so infamous and had his gold medal stripped just a few days later (for using steroids). The gold was then given to Carl Lewis (who had finished second).

Every final fantasy since VII has sold in excess of 5m+. The lowest series sales since VII is FF9 where its LTD is ard 5.3m. This was possibly due to the low LTD amount (840k) in the EU region.

Based on week one figures for all region and platforms, FF13 is very likely to cross over 6m. With luck, even a 7m+ figure is possible.

Yeah FFXIII releasing on two platforms will definitely let the game sell over 5 mil. 6 million is also possible

but 7m will take some very strong sales legs.
