True, top villain comes to mind first thing when thinking SF is M. Bison.

Sagat cant be a good enough villian he's only got one eye XD.

How bout Evil Ryu? He's pretty bad @$$ lol

In L4D's case, I meant like a Boomer or Tank or something.

And speak for yourself concerning the Helghast! They were an interesting foe!

Is the G-man really a bad guy. I mean he does some bad stuff, and he does some good stuff. I guess he's more neutral, so I'll go with Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. Not only is he awesome, BUT HE JUST WON'T FUCKING DIE!!!!
