As for Sephiroth, im surprised nobody mentioned him as well. 

Akuma's cool and all, but no Street Fighter villian tops Bison, nope, not even Sagat!

True, top villain comes to mind first thing when thinking SF is M. Bison.

Sagat cant be a good enough villian he's only got one eye XD.
