I got told by a Wii fan on these forums that Wii owners hated IGN because of some casa guys blog.

The way you phrased it implied that Wii owners were suddenly embracing IGN. Taken from the rest fo the topic, I think we can agree that's not the case.
And I may not be on the up-and-up, but last I check, Matt Cassamassina was the Editor-in-Chief. He's not a random guy.

ok, somehow, their articles are fun and their reviews are pretty good, also my first gaming website (but vgchartz is my fav)

I bet i can find 5 Nintendo fans who love IGN. Without paying them, even. And... He's the Editor-in-Chief? That explains why IGN hates the PS3 then ¬_¬

Ontopic: Every year has been the Wii year since it was the most sold console since launch.
But others may argue with this point with their very own opinions of course, totally acceptable.
I think what makes 2010 more the Wii year is that fact that it got totally copied, not really the games line-up, which is brilliant this year across all platforms (yes PSP, you're included
