He's somewhat pissed at his mother, but Claudius is the one whom he wants to kill. And fails, repeatedly.

Actually, he is in conflict with his father because at first, he questions the ghost appearance and he hesitates to kill the king because he lacks courage. So yes he has conflict with his father.

At no point does he disagree with what his father says. His hesitance comes as a result of his fatal flaw- his need to debate everything before actually doing anything, and to think endlessly of consequences.
