Forums - General - I need help with my essay on Hamlet

First off use the full title of the play: The Tragedy of Hamlet Prince of Denmark.

And underline it.

I wrote my Hamlet when I was absolutely high out of my mind and my teacher said it was the best paper I ever wrote for her. I don't know how that happened.

Oh and if anything he is in conflict with his mother. I mean OVERTLY in conflict with his mother. His uncle would be secondary, I don't even know how you came up with the ghost.

He's somewhat pissed at his mother, but Claudius is the one whom he wants to kill. And fails, repeatedly.

Hamlet isn't in conflict with his father, he's in conflict with his uncle. He sees the ghost of his father once and agrees to do everything he wants. That's not really conflict.

Actually, he is in conflict with his father because at first, he questions the ghost appearance and he hesitates to kill the king because he lacks courage. So yes he has conflict with his father.

At no point does he disagree with what his father says. His hesitance comes as a result of his fatal flaw- his need to debate everything before actually doing anything, and to think endlessly of consequences.

But, it's your essay.

Ga' darn it snake612! How many times do you have to say goodbye?! ...er ... oh. Good luck?

Huh? Where did he say goodbye (in this thread)?

I think its because 90% of the other threads snake612 creates he says he is leaving VgChartz. Hatmoza must have presumed this one was the same without reading through the thread

I'm not saying he disagrees with him. I'm saying that he questions if the ghost is honest. Don't you remember him talking to Horatio about the ghost and if it was honest or playing mind games with him?

Btw, you just said he is hesitant before making an action because of his fatal flaw. His fatal flaw is caused by what his father has told him.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

I would like if everyone could edit their post and delete everything they posted. I don't want to get a F on this.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Should be fine with you removing it.

Also with most of the English speaking countries doing this piece how on earth would they (teachers) prove that Snake612 was you?

I just don't want to get a F or anything
