Stop creating these massive conspiracy theories, take a fucking Xanax, and GO PLAY SOME VIDEO GAMES. Jesus. |
Not to mention that back when gamerankings still calculated that sort of thing... PS3 had a higher overall review average then 360.
They stopped tracking those stats though and replaced it with just one average. Makes me think they got pressure put on them by a review site or two.

I just don't get this place anymore. It used to be chock full of Big N supporters who annoyed the crap out of me but at least they were really passionate about all things Nintendo and enjoyed the historical significance of the company.
Somewhere along the way, it shifted to the PS3 and I swear the average poster IQ in this place has dropped a good 20 points. Half the threads are either "ra ra PS3" or trying to accuse some site/person/malicious government agency of slighting their beloved hunk of plastic and silicone, which somehow makes their experience with the device less enjoyable.
I should really stop posting here and just concentrate on editorials. All I do is get frustrated.

Ah, i wouldn't say the IQ has dropped or anything.
It's just the Nintendo fans come off less grating because well... the Wii was in first place.
It used to be all "ra ra wii" or complainging about wii conspiracies... it's just... the postive signs for Wii were usually more positive because it was in first place... and a lot of places actually are anti-wii because a section of mainstream old gamers don't like it.
It's like if Michael Jordan and Adam Morrison both talked the same amount of trash. Michael Jordan, it's less grating because he's Michael Jordan... he has reason to talk. Sure the PS3 is having a bit of a rennisance but it's still in last place.
The posts are the same level in theory, it's just in practice they seem more grating. Or at least that's my opinion.
