I'm not sure what you're on about. Who said anything about agreeing with anything? The reality is, GOTY awards are given to games that receive the most buzz, hype, & aniticipation, with reviews lots of times being the icing on the cake.

As of now, nobody knows what will for sure win anything, but pertaining to this thread, I guessing God of War III is sure to win a few awards.

You have a habit of twisting what was said. I said it won more GOTY awards than other games without the mentioned: multiplayer and long campaign.

I've yet to say what my top game was in 2007, or if I liked Bioshock more than anything at all. I'm just addressing some facts about it. Did you miss Torillian's link?

Why? It's the most anticipated game this side of the year, and the biggest exclusive release in the first quarter. It, along with Mass Effect 2, Halo: Reach, & Zelda (if it releases this year) will all be GOTY Contenders.

As of right now, all of the others have launched, although I did forget Pokemon. With Final Fantasy XIII, Battlefield BC2, Mass Effect 2, & HEAVY RAIN out, what is left until March 16?

How can a game like GoW3 not be a GOTY contender? Honestly.. if you expect an open world for every single game, then you'll be very disappointed with every Shooter/ Hack 'n' Slash/ Arcade racing games/etc on the market...

Well I haven't played the game yet but based on other scores (Game Informer, 1up, etc) I still can't believe IGN didn't give it higher; at least a 9.5. Granted 9.3 is a good score but seeing as how Grand Theft Auto 4 received a perfect 10? That's just ridiculous. Two different people, I know, but same site.
