• Report it when another user insults you instead of insulting them back. If they report you and no one reported their post guess which one of you gets banned? The moderators do not have time to read every post in a thread, so they will often miss things that are not reported.
• In general try to treat other users with respect and courtesy. We understand debates get heated, but don’t lose yourself in them. Remember you can’t continue the debate if you’re banned, so be respectful of your fellow forum members.

Of course you still see it happening, if you don't report it there's a good chance we won't see it.  Our job is not to scour the site to find offenses, it is to deal with those offenses we see or are reported to us.

And on your "I now know the ROE...green posters, just stfu, of get banned...no problems." you can keep thinking that if you really want.  I am here trying to explain all of these bans and warnings so that you guys can understand the reasons for these decisions, but if all you want to do is cry and talk about how 360 users are persecuted no matter what explanations I give to the contrary then there really isn't a point.

as in reports of things that shouldn't have been reported?  They get deleted with no action towards either the reporter or reportee.  I suppose if someone had a rash of reports that were obviously things that are not worth reporting then we would ask that person to reread the rules, but I don't recall ever having that issue.
