Good. Brings it back to what GDC should be about, the developers, and not just another arena for all the publishers to hype games.

I never thought it had changed. I always thought GDC was the big three's way of reaching out to developers. A time to release dev kits and show off their latest technological achievements. A place for all big publishers to woo developers. Yes Nintendo did unviel some big software there in the past but I thought for the most part the conferance waws still about the developers.

I'm sad to hear no Nintendo , Sony or Microsoft keynotes. I would have liked to see Natal and Arc shown off too. Oh well only a few months left till E3 guess I can wait. I wonder how much the big three will be involved in PAX later this year, I really hope they all have booths since I can actually go to PAX!

Well that was wrong Sony's Keynote was huge. Just look at all the Move related announcement's. Infact I would say Sony blew alot of what I would have expected to see at E3. They announced multiple move related software and even gave us the final controller. Essentially a WiiMote and Nun-chuck.

So the question is, will Nintendo and Microsoft also have keynotes. I know the creator of Metroid is hosting a keynote. I wonder if Nintendo will show off anything unexpected at the Keynote. I would suspect Vitality Sensor should be ready to be seen at the keynote and boy am I hoping for some big announcements.

Microsoft I would expect is going to show off more Natal at their supposedly non-existant keynote.

I really am hoping tomorow's keynotes are really way bigger then GoNintendo assumed. I would hate for Nintendo to be the only one without a big keynote!

But none of them stand a chance against the almighty king of video games Super Mario!
