7 off production value? It kinda sucks when I here people taking visuals as such an important factor... This is a JRPG. Story, gameplay, characters- these are what's important.

Production values includes graphics, music, story and amount of polishing that goes into the game. Or at least that is what I mean when I said it in my post.

Interesting fact, I actually am? :O I've decided that when ff13 comes down to £20 on Amazon, I'll buy it and WKC together which should be about £40 give or take.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

I expected this from Edge. They are usually pretty harsh.

The reason why I'm back on it is that though I'm not hyped for it, I don't think it's as bad as the naysayers are saying. I mean that Korean website giving it a 4/10 was bullshit on a stick and I think this Edge review score is rediculous as well. This is SquareEnix we're talking about, this is Final Fantasy, it might not be 10/10 but by no means is it a 5 let alone a 4

In regards to the leading character...

Let's remember that all lead female characters have to compete with Terra in the leading role department. Granted, FF3 (or 6) didn't fully focused on Terra and Celes but they both were pretty good characters compared to the shallow girly girls that SE has been throwing out since FF7. And let's not forget that since 7 they have also focused too much on looks. I don't know what to think about Lighting but she does look like a boring character.

Edge magazine sucks. are they really saying Mini ninja is better? I've had the last 4 EDGE magazine and they are really harshed! Their review cannot be trusted. Do you guys really think Bayonetta deserved a 10/10? I thought it was rather an 8.5 - Great game but i just couldn't get excited over it

Edge always give low scores so it's expected but some times an eyebrow is usually raised on some of them.
