I don't really get what everybody here sees in Heavy Rain. Looks more like a movie than a game, and a rather boring one than that. But who knows, it could turn out to be the greatest game ever. I'm just going off what I see.

Best not to do so when it's merely "off what I see". Plenty of people here have now played it, so best to listen to their opinions rather than basing it on what you see ;)

Agree. Thank God reviewers don't give an opinion on "what they see" - although this is debatable.

Opinions from people that don't own the console or game don't matter. I am not saying that they are not entitled to an opinion, I am just saying in such cases their opinion don't mean toilet paper.

"I think 360 holding steady compared to lasts years is the most surprising.

Wii is down significantly, even with a $50 cut.
PS3 is only slightly up with $100 cut and Slim

But 360 is slightly up with no recent cut. Go figure".

Incorrect statement.

 1) You conveniently forgot that x360 also had price cuts and DIRECTLY AFTER THE PS3 slim.

2) The K2 launch significantly boosted PS3 sales this week last year and these sales fell like a pancake the following week and weeks.

3) Go figure.

Without playing it yourself, how could you?

People are the same with Metroid other m, they can say the game will be terrible by looking at it :/  But no one has played it yet so how can they possibly say it's going to be bad.

I assume that by the same logic, you never expect a game to be good either, right?

A game I'm developing with some friends:

www.xnagg.com/zombieasteroids/publish.htm

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

PSP wow, I don't remember it ever being that low (unless my memory fails me).

I don't think there is anything Sony can do to save it at this point, other than release PSP 2.

^Yes, it is the lowest selling week ever for PSP. It's been down to ~28K a couple of times though.

PSP just needs a pretty big pricecut and a few new games.

Wouldn't sell as much as PS3 or 360 or anything, but even ~50k a week average for it would be great.

Well, it's getting MGS5 and KH0 soon.  If those can't save it, I doubt anything can.
