Forums - Microsoft - Metro 2033. New Footage. Definately my game of March.

Metro tunnels are boring. Fallout 3 had enough of those, can't imagine a whole game taking place in them.

But the metro tunnels in Fallout 3 were boring and are certainly not as boring in Metro 2033. Besides that the game doesn't solely take place inside the metro....

Something tells me you wouldn't have created this thread if this game was available on the PS3.

Something tells me you would not have said that had Selnor not made the thread.

well the selnor it's the one that exagerates everything  about exclusives on the 360, :P

Well we can always count on you to knock them and adjust the balance :P

Why is so wrong for him to act like PS fans?

"PS fans"

it is too easy, too poor, too much out of context

Also, you avoided to use "fanboys" in your post despite using it in you signature ==> ban fear ?

Time to Work !

Because it's something PS fans do that isn't restricted to just PS fanboys.
Or have you not seen PS fans hype up PS exclusives as being teh best eva and knock the competition for no reason?
Using "the list" in every MS thread they can? Thankfully "the list" seems to be the reserve of the fanboys these days and it's use is dying out.
Or not as in your face as usual.
Out of context? nope. Too easy? well this was.

Glad to see this thread has gone up in flames. Don't get the comparisons to Fallout 3, it's a shooter, not an RPG, and it's not like Fallout has a copyright on the post apocalypse setting. Anyway, sorry for detracting from the flame war, you guys can continue now.

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

I think the fallout 3 connection comes from it being in a post apocalyptic stteing and in underground tunnels.
Though I would never link the two as the look style and gameplay are so different.

Maybe the tunnels look the same? I don't see it.

Game looks nice, will probably be a rental though.

As for the Fallout 3 comparison. I lol at it.

Huh? Top end? Game soes not touch UC2, Crysis, MGS 4, and definitely not ME 2, or the new graphics king God of War 3.

Besides, the worst thing about Fallout 3 was its shooting mechanics anyway. Honestly, I had more fun doing the simple combat in Oblivion, wacking people with swords and blocking. This game should and likely will beat Fallout 3 in that department. A story driven shooter these days is pretty refreshing.

I smell another 360 fanboy. Graphics look standard for this gen.
