Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wii and GC games with better visuals than Resident Evil 4

Got Silent Hill this week and the visuals are truly stunning.
I also played Dead Space Extraction a second time, on a large HD TV, and it looked also very impressive.

I gotta be honest, I have not played RE4.

With that said, Monster Hunter 3's visuals are simply outstanding. Especially the environments.

RE4 is REALLY good looking, assuming you include animations and facial expressions. It rivals modern PS360 games. Hell, it looks better than MGS4 in my eyes. I'd say that it's hard to find a better looking game, especially in the art direction sense.

Super Mario Galaxy
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Metroid Prime 3
Silent Hill Shattered Memories
Monster Hunter Tri
Dead Space Extraction
Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles
Sonic and the Black Knight
Muramasa The Demon Blade

That's about it.

Yeah, it does rival current games on HD consoles... assuming you're watching the game from a great distance.

In reality, Deadly Premonition looks awful for HD consoles and it still looks 10x better than Resident Evil 4.

Edit: I'll give you RE4 has better animation though.
